Board of directors 2026
Jannis is an experienced business and innovation manager, a civil engineer by training, and a BIM manager. He has been a member of the IngOG+ Executive Board since 2023 and is particularly committed to driving digital transformation in the construction industry. His focus is on working with the Executive Board to develop sustainable and effective solutions through structured innovation processes.
He values engaging with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and sees this as a vital foundation for generating new ideas and fostering collective growth. At IngOG+, he works alongside the board to develop and implement a sustainable strategy aimed at maximizing the organization’s long-term impact.
Emmanuelle is a structural engineer who enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams. She has experience in infrastructure and bridge design and worked for 10 years in Zurich before moving in 2026 to join knippershelbig in Berlin. While she values the technical and creative aspects of her profession, she sometimes misses a stronger human-centred perspective in design. She finds meaningful balance in IngOG⁺, where projects are developed with and for the communities they serve.
Emmanuelle has been a member of the association since 2016 and has served on the board since 2020. She is involved both in project work and in the strategic development of the organisation. She especially values the exchange with like-minded people and the opportunities for learning and collaboration within IngOG⁺.
Alessandra studied Analytical and Environmental Chemistry and completed advanced training in Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) for humanitarian and development contexts. She contributed to the WASH project in Yrdyk and has co-coordinated Project Group meetings as a board member for four years, fostering collaboration across teams and initiatives.
A passionate globetrotter, Alessandra joined IngOG+ with a strong commitment to improving living conditions in underserved communities through cooperation, sustainable development, and practical solutions. She is currently on a bike journey towards the East, while continuing to contribute as a board member, focusing on IT, internal structures, and strategic development to strengthen the organization’s impact.
Daniel is a PhD candidate in Physics at EPFL and a passionate advocate of IngOG+. Alongside his academic career, he has a strong curiosity for different cultures and is an avid water sports enthusiast. His true commitment, however, lies in supporting people in a wide range of life situations. The development and implementation of sustainable solutions are particularly important to him. He is also the project lead for the water infrastructure project in Kenya.
Boris is a mechanical engineer and medical device executive with more than 30 years of international experience developing innovative healthcare technologies and leading multidisciplinary teams. Living in Basel, he now advises and coaches companies and is eager to apply his engineering and leadership experience to projects that support sustainable development and humanitarian impact; he is the father of two adult children.
Dmitry is a seasoned Supply Chain leader who worked in Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Tech and Fashion across several countries in Europe. He has experience transforming processes, running big projects, managing working capital, cost and service on a daily basis. He is also a treasurer in a small homeowner association back in the UK.
He is excited to join the team and can’t wait to contribute to the success of the organization and continue bringing clarity, transparency and diligence to the process.
