Foreign mission in Suswa, Kenya

Be involved and support Us!

Would you like to use your manual skills to support our school project in East Africa and at the same time take the opportunity to get to know the Maasai culture in Kenya?

Who We are and What We do?

IngOG + supports communities in meeting their basic needs on a sustainable basis. Solutions to cover the missing basic needs are developed and implemented together with the communities and with the involvement of the local authorities.

What are the goals of Your mission?

This project aims to improve the drinking water supply for the Ilkeek Aare Primary School in Suswa, Kenya. The rainwater collection system is to be expanded. The school caretaker currently lacks the necessary know-how to maintain the systems.

  • Developing manual skills (checking and repairing water pipes / rain gutters, changing water taps, repairing broken sockets).
  •  Regularly inspecting the facilities and documenting malfunctions.

What of Your skills and qualities can You bring?

  • You have a good command of English.
  •  You have no reservations about other cultures.
  •  You are a plumber, heating fitter or similar.

When does Your mission start and how long does it last?

Beginning of 2022 approx. 1-3 months or by arrangement
